All three defendants challenge the courts charge with respect to the testimony of the witness Chalmers. The court charged in substance that the uncontradicted evidence tended to show that the witness Chalmers was an accomplice and that he had been granted immunity by the State; that an accomplice or one who has been granted immunity from prosecution is considered to have an interest in the outcome of the case, and that if the jury found from the evidence that the witness was an accomplice, or had been granted immunity from prosecution, or both, then it would be the jurys duty to "take these things into consideration and examine every part of his testimony with the greatest care and caution, and closely scrutinize it in the light of his interest and his motives."
